Hyundai Pharm, For the First Time in Pharmaceutical Industry Earning CCM Mark In Three Times Consecutively



On 11th, at Seoul Joong-gu Chamber of Commerce International Conference Hall where ¡®Second Half 2014 Consumer Centered Management Certificate Ceremony and Conference¡¯ is held, Hyundai Pharm earned the 3rd Consumer Centered Management (CCM) mark for the first time in pharmaceutical industry history

In the ceremony sponsored by Fair Trade Commission with the Korea Consumer Agency, after Hyundai Pharm implemented CCM for the first time in pharmaceutical industry in 2008, they earned re-certification in 2010, 2012, and also this year. Especially, settling with a CCM focused company, Hyundai Pharm is recognized as a representative pharmaceutical company as she receive the 3rd re-certification and FTC award in for the first time in pharmaceutical industry

CCM (Consumer Centered Management) is a system where Korea Consumer Agency evaluates and Fair Trade Commission certifies a company whether it is organized and getting improved in all activities focused in consumer¡¯s perspective.

Director Lee Suk Bong, who is an executive charge in consumer, said, ¡°The 3rd re-certification and FTC award of CCM are the evidence demonstrating highest level of the CCM management. Furthermore, we will always listen to the voice of the consumer and will invest and work to establish consumer centered management.
