Hyundai Pharm, Received a FTC Commendation Related to CCM for the First Time in Pharmaceutical Industry History.
On 3rd, at the Samseong-dong COEX Conference room, Hyundai Pharm (Yeong Hak Kim) received a fair trade chairperson commendation related to CCM (Consumer-Centered Management) for the first time in pharmaceutical industry history.
In this event held by Fair Trade Commission with the Korea Consumer Agency and the Korea National Council of Consumer Organization, Hyundai Pharm achieved this award by leading CCM oriented management and implementing CCM for the first time in pharmaceutical industry history in 2008 and receiving the 2nd re-certification.
Through the close bonds with Consumer Agency, Hyundai Pharm implemented CCM successfully and achieved 41% decrease in consumer claims (vs. 2014) and effective ARS management.
Yeong Hak Kim, President of Hyundai Pharm, said, “We will hold our position as a leader of CCM by continuing to have a high level of consumer centered management culture and enhancing employee education and consumer consultation system.
