For the first time in history of Korean Pharmaceutical Industry, Hyundai Pharm.
Co. Ltd, was awarded with a Quality Management President Award on 34th
National Quality Management Award that was held on Nov. 20th, 2008.
Also, Consumer Complaints Management System(CCMS) of Hyundai Pharm.
was certified by Fair Trade Commission for the first time in pharmaceutical
Industry on Dec. 11th, 2008.
National Quality Management Award is run by Korean Standards Association
and it is one and only national quality management award that is presented by
President.
CCMS is designed to construct an autonomic system for a company that can
minimize complaints from customer beforehand and deal with any complaint
and damage immediately.
Hyundai Pharm’s Quality Management Award and CCMS certification reaffirmed
its emphasis on value of customers. |
