The Chairman Lee Han Koo of Hyundai Pharm have received the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit for participating in the contribution of Quality Management activities throughout the nationwide.
The thirty fifth National Quality Management Conference was
held under Ministry of Knowledge Economy in National Institution and organized by Korean Standards Association. The Chairman Lee obtained the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit for the National Quality Award. |

Awarded Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit implies the recognition of contributing on improved health of humankind and their quality of lives based on the Quality Management. Hyundai Pharm ensures the certified GMP, HACCP, PSMS and the trust of company for maintaining the safety and the outstanding quality. Moreover, the company is making the improvement based on the self controlled circle’s activity and workout after organizing the medicine/food/quality/equipment innovative committee in order to maintain the activity of Quality Management.
As the result of such efforts, the company won the prize for Presidential Award in the division of production, Product Safety Management Award, Korean ESH Value-Based Management Award and Korean
Safety Management Award. Additionally, the company introduced VOC (Voice of Customer) system and CCMS (Customer Complaints Management System) for performing the activity of customer’s satisfaction.
